Lauren Tillotson
Before joining Today’s Business Solutions, Lauren Tillotson was the Office Manager for Entropy Technology and Environmental Consultants. In 2006, she was recognized by the Houston Business Journal for her enthusiasm in attending to customers with professionalism and efficiency when she received the Customer Service Award of Excellence.
As Customer Service Supervisor, Lauren Tillotson provides day to day support for all our customers. All customers have direct access to our Customer Service Team which allows for quicker responses and more familiarity with custom account guidelines. She is an integral part of our value proposition. Through her attention to detail, Lauren helps us capture feedback to improve customer service and ensure that quality and service exceed customer expectations. She strives to build trust and strong long term relationship with our customers.

Irma Rosas
Irma brings years of experience in Customer Service and has been with Today's Business Solutions since November 5, 2012. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, she is fluent in Spanish and has lived in Houston for over 30 years with her husband John. Her two 'baby' boys (Joey & Justin) are 24 and 18 years old!
